To enable NTUC members to benefit from the enhanced training support, NTUC has integrated the WTS enhancements into “NTUC-SEP” (Surrogate Employer Programme) and renamed the funding scheme as “WTS Scheme, supported by UTAP” (Workfare Training Support Scheme, supported by Union Training Assistance Programme).

SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace
The SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace (SFDW) is a 2-day course incorporating aspects of future-ready mindset, technology, data and innovation. It is an essential module for all working adults (Singaporean & Singapore Permanent Residents) to be future-ready for changes in the digital workplace.

What projects can qualify for funding?
